"The Power of Solitude" - a must-see!

I am excited to invite you to a unique online event called, "The Power of Solitude - How Artists Can Use Solitude to Creatively Heal Their Relationships." You get a free ticket to this inspirational journey!

"The Power of Solitude" speaks to anyone who has felt the harmful effects of isolation, including anxiety and depression.

Connecting with others must begin with the most important relationship - the one you have with yourself. "The Power of Solitude" will explore ways to turn isolation into a super-power.

Sharlene Anders, a creativity coach in Germany, is presenting a theme week that will connect us, inspire us, bring us joy, and show us the surprising value of time alone.

You'll see riveting interviews, including mine, which airs on June 8th and will be available for replay through June 20th!

You'll learn how to reconnect to yourself and others, how to re-frame your thoughts, how to overcome loneliness and find power in solitude, and a whole lot more!

Click here to register. It's super easy - just enter your name and email, and we'll send you all the details!

"The Power of Solitude" runs from June 7th through June 13th, which by the way, is my birthday, and what better gift than to see you there!

These are a few of my favorite things - Part 2: Physical Health

My clients often ask me for various recommendations, so I wanted to share some of my favorite ways to take care of myself!

Exercise: free online classes!

Yoga With Adriene
This very popular YouTube yoga trainer is warm and welcoming to all yogis at all levels. She encourages exploration of body, mind, and breath throughout her classes. She also has a great sense of humor!

Move with Nicole
I love her pilates classes. Nicole is graceful as a swan and her pilates routines often feel like a dance. She is excellent at explaining each exercise - I often find that I hardly need to look at the screen. Her classes are calming and energizing, with just the right amount of challenge to help you advance your practice.

GymRa
They've pretty much got it all: strength training, cardio, HIIT, barre, Tabata, and more. They have classes for all different levels, with fun trainers that motivate you to give it your best. Some of their videos use weights, but many require no equipment at all.

Exercise footwear:
None! I work out in bare feet.

What's new with me ...

With my husband and I fully vaccinated, I finally ventured to Long Island to see my family on Mother's Day. We had talked and FaceTimed regularly since lockdown. Turns out, it's just not the same as getting a hug from Mom. I visited with relatives I hadn't seen for 18 months, and I got to meet my 11-month-old nephew in person for the first time!
