Alleviate headaches, jaw tension, and anxiety with this relaxing face self massage

The holidays are around the corner and, if you're like most, this is when stress levels peak. We are so tense that our faces lock into an expression that knits our foreheads, clenches our jaws, increases sinus pressure, and give us headaches. But never fear! We are going to massage away those worry lines and allow our faces to relax into their true expressions of calm and kindness.

This self massage doesn't only relax your face, but it actually unwinds the whole body! There are pressure points on the forehead, temples, cheeks and jaw that can ease general pain and reduce anxiety. So let's get to it!

What's new with me ...

We are so happy to report that Sienna is enjoying school and making friends. She's particularly fond of the "blue glasses club" she created with two other students in her class who also wear glasses with blue frames.

In other news, a childhood friend of mine recently found me on Facebook. She lived across the street from me and moved away when I was 7 years old. I was crushed. We met up for dinner last week, reuniting after 35 years!

Wishing you all a very happy Thanksgiving!
