The 90-minute session is my standard, as it's the ideal length for both comprehensive, focused therapeutic work and a full-body, integrative, deeply relaxing experience. (One hour can be good for general relaxation massage, or working one or two areas locally.)

I offer package specials for purchasing a group of 5 or 10 60-minute or 90-minute sessions.

Payment types

Payments by cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle are preferred, but I do also accept all major credit cards.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service, and I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to find out if your plan offers out-of-network coverage for massage therapy.
